The following class of persons shall be enrolled as Certified Business Entrepreneurs:

1. He that passes the qualifying professional examinations for membership conducted by the Board of the Institute.
2. He that holds a professional qualification granted by any of the approved professional business, management, science and social sciences bodies.
3. He that holds a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Accounting, Banking & finance, Marketing, Sciences, Arts, etc.
